In the book Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill describes a mastermind as the “Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.” He says that when a group of minds come together, they essentially create an unseen, powerful force—a mastermind.
In addition to incredible insight and perspective, a mastermind group provides support, accountability, and a community of similarly focused individuals.
The whole becomes exponentially greater than the sum of its parts!
